I took a room that was available i got to my destination two hours before check in online it says 3..at the property it says 2:00 so I figured maybe my non smoking would be updated or ready.so no..it wasn't but the one was a smoking to get in and rest I took the available one..so that room wasn't my pick or worth it the roomLooked like a smoking room the walls was brown or been vacant like Noone used that room. Because the sink mirror was broken the refrigerator needed to be thawed.the floor looks like they needed mopping wax or something but I wasn't comfortable there the bed had me itching i have sensitive skin issues like hives not to scare any traveler this is my experience..the exhaust vent hanging in the bathroom just don't get room 256..unless all the amenities are working properly.. parking can be ok never used the laundry the staff are not very passionate..nit very talkative i asked if I can get my room early he said you pay online I said yes he said online is three ..I said on your windows it says two..but anyways since nothing was available he said I got one I take it..he never told me anything athe room some rooms have coffee some rooms have phones.some rooms might have missing amenities. Just my rooms I've been in..but other than that I git there if nothing else..

We would love to come back! Loved the soaking claw-foot tub and b&w decor in our room. A few minor things: When we booked via hotels.com it mentioned a welcome gift with the room we chose (#11) but there wasn't anything. It also felt a bit like the place was left to its own devices... breakfast list mentioned yogurt, but there was none. However, there was oatmeal and coffee. The place was so quiet and clean. We met Eve (not the owner) who has the Apothecary next door and she was lovely! We were the only ones renting the night we stayed so we had the entire place to ourselves. Be prepared that there is nothing around. I mean NOTHING. So you'll have to take a short drive in to eat dinner etc., which was fine with us. Overall, a very unique place to stay! It felt like taking a trip back to the 1800s and LOVED not having any TV in sight! Sad to know it's up for sale... I hope the new owners will keep it as is.

The place is an active construction site. The room is a time capsule of the late 1980's to include brown carpet. Holes in walls, electrical plates in the bathroom missing. I wish I could share a picture of the lobby...
