The public areas of the hotel are very impressive, but the suite we had was somewhat disappointing. The room was very large but quite stark. The lighting was poor and there was not much of a sitting area, with just an uncomfortable sofa. There was no dressing table and no mirror. The pillows were too soft, with no others available in the room, and the quilt was too small for the bed.
The bathroom was a major disappointment. The basin was cut into a large marble slab but was very shallow and had no stopper. There was nowhere convenient to hang hand towels. The large mirror above the basin was illuminated on one side, only, which made shaving difficult and make-up (for my wife) impossible. The magnified part of the mirror was at chest height, so pretty unusable. There should have been two basins and well illuminated mirrors.

The air conditioning is non existent, we couldn't get the room below 25°C (despite complaining and them looking at it). We found out on the last night you could open a small window though that helped, just made it very noisy.
The Executive Lounge is a little odd. They don't offer breakfast, and it doesn't open until 10am, then thru just have biscuits, coffee and soft drinks during the day. The evening social is pretty good, but the lounge shuts at 9pm. This was the quietest lounge we have ever seen (sometimes we were the only ones in there for the social). I wouldn't bother with it again, it isn't worth the extra cost for the tiny service you get.
