only one problem--music playing outside in the square (near the river run lift) from 7:00 a.m.(!!) until 12:00 midnight(!!) and it affected our sleep... the timing must be made more humane maybe 9:00 a.m until 10:00 p.m.

The finishes in the rooms are cheap and falling apart. Beds are somewhat comfortable and good showers but the bathroom lighting is inadequate. The food hall onsite is excellent, friendly staff as well.

If you like older with character this is a good spot. Valet expensive but convenient. Ordered some room service which was marginal.

Perfect hotel

Security to the hotel rooms was lacking ,anyone could enter from the parking garage and ride the elevator to any floor in the hotel, the hotel key confirmation disk in the elevator was out of service. Slots were very very tight, like ridiculous tight, My room was a little down on its heels, a foul odor was emanating out of the sink, More hookers were running around in the casino than I’ve ever seen before. I’ve stayed at this hotel before, they could do better.

Great room, checking in was difficult as there wasn’t an attendant.
