I have stayed here several times. This last time I had a suite and it smelled like cats. The property does allow pets, but that was not well received. I will give them another try. The staff and location are the redeeming quality.

The views were excellent the room was great. Close to the casinos.

The Jacquard Hotel est très bien implanté, les chambres bien équipées et propres. Mon seul vrai regret, la piscine, qui ressemble plus à une discothèque de plein air et qui n'est absolument pas un endroit où il est possible de se détendre.

Excellent city location. Decent sized room with two queens. Bins not cleaned overnight though. Hotel was unable to provide a safe during the two days - there was no forewarning of a need to pre book one for the room. Poor checkout experience just because showed little interest in our stay or how it was. Would probably stay elsewhere next time.

The staff is what made the experience first class
