Doesn't live up to the brand. Poor management with no senior staff supervision....e.g. they started cleaning the swimming pool while I was still swaimming there. The unfriendly lady at the front desk was reluctant to give me extra slipper saying that I only booked for 2 persons, while she later found out she was wrong (I booked for 3 persons)...why you argue with your customer over a pair of slipper?

Around 2mins walk to the water park (would need to ask staff to open the locked gait for you)
Breakfast is fantastic
Just there wasn't traditional chicken rice for in-room dining.

"The swimming pool require a bit of maintenance and the "lazy river" should be renamed "hard work stream". I nearly broke a toe when using the pool because of bad maintenance to the lining tiles. The so called lazy river is a river that doesn't move and it is far too shallow even if there is a current. ..."
