Santorini Beach Vacations

I liked the hotel location near to the beach and nice tavernas.very nice and friendly staff

The hotel is a small boutique type hotel with very chilled atmosphere. The staff are all very helpful and welcoming with the property very well maintained and kept in pristine condition. The breakfast is basic but plentiful with everything you would expect. The gym is very basic and machines are dated, but it has all the basics that you need with various dumbbells and other free weights as well as well as a couple of machines. The only thing that lets it down slightly is that there are not enough sunbeds around the main pool, but we managed to get beds around the second smaller pool without any issues. I would highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate in returning.

We were pleasantly surprised by our room which turned out to be a two story bungalow! It had a living space and toilet on the ground and bedroom and another toilet on the floor above! The bathrooms could use an upgrade but not a deal breaker. We could see sunrise from the bedroom balcony so how can we complain :) The hotel location is great. Walking distance to Kamari beach and a lot of good restaurants and bars. The reception has information for various excursions and can also arrange taxi/transfer to different parts of the island. We used a different company we found at the airport but all excursion offers are more or less the same and a must!

Alexandra the host at the luxury suites was amazing! So helpful, so friendly, couldn’t have hoped for any better service! She recommended and organised booking a dinner for us at Rizez in Fira which was amazing, the best meal we had, she had great suggestions all trip! Hotel was perfect location 2 minute walk from the beach and the strip of bars and restaurants along the beachfront, everything you needed to not leave the area, plus the bus stop was right outside the hotel for a 15 minute bus into most of the popular tourist towns nearby! Breakfast was great, service was great and the luxury rooms were amazing! Absolutely nothing it complain about! Hats off also for the frozen liquid outside the pint glasses keeping your beers by the pool freezing cold until you finished them, they seemed to have a great finishing touch to everything!

We loved everything. The treatment of the staff and the property was beautiful. The room had a comfortable bed with drapes and working Ac and comfortable clean bathroom. The bedroom also had a window with the view to the beautiful hotel pool which was clean and organized. The window in the bedroom also had views of the Santorini mountain. The hotel also had airport shuttle upon request with a surcharge that was both helpful and economical. We both had a late arrival and early morning departure so the airport shuttles were much needed and very helpful. The Irigeneia hotel also provides a great breakfast which was delicious and filling. We strongly recommend this hotel to friends and family and would love to come again. Thank you Irigeneia Hotel staff for having us.

Loved the Makris Beach Hotel! Perfect location steps from the sand. Close to restaurants and bars. Staff was outstanding and made sure our stay was perfect. Breakfast was amazing. Would highly recommend this property.
