Beautiful view from the room! The room and bathroom were very clean with a shower that got nice and hot. Every staff member we interacted with were super friendly and helpful! Good breakfast too!

Room ++ nice and big but disappointing in some aspects:
1) carpets - tired and grubby
2) nails sticking out of a furniture which tore my dress (reported to reception who ignored the dress damage and told me housekeeping would fix the nail issue - but it wasn’t )
Room Amenities - disappointing
1) no water supplied (aside from day 1), water charged at Eur8 (which are Eur2 in the shop) - water is a basic necessity.
2) no kettle - hot water on request (supplied with sugar !), the hotel was happy to supply hot water yet supplied no tea/coffee in the room.
3) internet in the room did not work for the entire stay so every evening i was using much mobile data to do my work.
Bathroom ++ good decor and facilities, but kitted out for 2 people, we had to ask for extra supplies
disappointing - on day 3 we put towels and bathroom on floor for replacement. The bathrobe was just hung up and NOT a clean new one.
Location - very well located
Airport Transfer - the hotel will charge you more than twice the price of a private taxi. We arranged our own shared taxi - which worked well, we were the first drop off at the hotel boat drop.
The water bus stop is just 1 minute walk from the hotel
Equally accessible is the water bus from the Ca ‘Dor bus stop to Roma (main stop) and bus from there to the airport.
Breakfast and dining at the hotel is expensive, however, hotel location is so very near many restaurant and food options.
Coop very near by where we picked up breakfast supplies.

We really enjoyed our stay at Magna Pars. The room was clean an bright and had a lovely feel to it. The perfume smell in the room was pleasant and not overpowering. Staff are friendly and efficient. Although the location is not central Milan, we actually preferred that as it is quiet yet close to a Metro line than links you easily and quickly to the main sights of Milan. It is also walking distance to the Navigli area of Milan which has plenty of restaurants and bars. We would stay here again next time we are in Milan.

This is one of my favorite hotels. To start with, the staff are very friendly; the cleanliness is excellent, and the breakfasts are great. The location is perfect—you can walk Duomo and galleria , and if you need to do some shopping, there is a pharmacy, a grocery store, a gelato shop, and restaurants all less than a minute away. I highly recommend it; it’s perfect.

Lovely location away from the crowds but not so far from Rialto etc. Good quality hotel. Very clean!! Cleaner than many other 5 star hotels I've experienced. Some great food places nearby by the canalside too. Especially the restaurant Very Good. With another travel companion, I would have liked to have tried the hotel restaurant. Would certainly stay here again if staying in Carneggio.

This property far exceeded our expectations. Staff is wonderfully attentive and helpful. Rooms have incredible views and terraces. Rooms outstanding. Breakfast and all the many restaurants great. Easy to get to Lake Como (Menaggio) for a boat cruise or for a day of sightseeing in Lugano but so nice to come back to the peace and tranquility of this special place at a fraction of the price for a comparable property on hectic Lake Como. We had hotel organize our transportation and excursions in advance and didn’t get a rental car.
