“Beautiful hotel in the premium to luxury segment, modern room, splendid design, quality, the bed was amazing and the staff so courteous, friendly and warm in every possible way. Breakfast was a delight, same goes for dinner at Mochi on the 6th floor of the hotel. “Euro 180 is charged for private boat trip but no English speaking guide, no welcome drink or fruit basket in room considering 5 star and nearly 500 euro rate! Breakfast is good. Gym room is opened 9 or 10am, not designed for morning excercise purpose! Room reserved considered to be garden view but in actual, funny hotel back of house view! No show for one room, no consideration for partial refund or extend for future use- waste!”
