The hotel and many of the staff were faultless. Sadly, the male manager could not have made me any LESS welcome; he was unfriendly and unhelpful, and a bit combative which was surprising. Despite paying in advance for four nights, he insisted that I sign for every tiny thing - water, coffee, etc. My room was also cold and I couldn’t get warm and now have a streaming cold. They had upgraded me to a quiet room however I got the feeling that the male manager expected me to spend all of my mealtimes there. Perhaps if you’re female and of a certain age, don’t stay there. I wouldn’t go back, solely because of him. The female staff , the cleaners, waiters and particularly a chap called George were all very helpful. My room could have been cleaned better, but I still left a tip.

Wonderful views of lake and perfectly positioned for access to both bus and ferry services. Staff are very welcoming and helpful which is backed up with very good service. Evening meal choices and quality excellent.

Good location, away from the busy side of Bellagio. Hotel is comfortable, helpful staff, good restaurant. Our room view was beautiful on the lake side. Would highly recommend this place.
