Good service; clean, beautiful, and pleasant.

Everything about this place was immaculate. AMAZING hospitality (so kind and welcoming), beautiful location and hotel, *delicious* dinner with a menu that changes every night. Breakfast and dinner were included. The dinner was a take on local cuisine and apparently the produce was all locally grown/sourced. The breakfast buffet had a plethora of options. The spa services were so good. My husband received a sports massage and said it was one of the best he’s received. The sauna, pool, and relaxation rooms were truly some of the best I’ve ever been to. The location of the hotel is convenient to hiking and many lifts (whether you’re hiking or skiing). They also hide bike rentals at the hotel if you wanted to do any biking (I didn’t check if they had road and mountain bikes, though). This place is 100% worth the stay. We will be coming back here for certain!

Excellent hotel. Good sized room. Bathroom has double sinks but I would prefer a sink with more counter space. Room was well equipped with good storage, etc. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast with plentiful selections and cook to order eggs. Good location right in the center of Val Gardena.
