Italian Alps Waterpark Vacation Packages

The hotel has a great location if you’re looking for St Mark’s square proximity. Breakfast was nice. Just be aware the hotel has an annex and you may end up there. You leave the hotel, go down a short alley, through a small courtyard to their annex building. The room was ok but we would have preferred the main building. Breakfast is in the real hotel. Also, for those who care, English language tv is scarce and inconsistent.

Lets start with the handing of the room key. Having an actual key is quaint, but having the key chain it is attached to the size of a deck of cards is too much for any pocket to bear. The place is old, and the decor is from the 1960's, but not as a fashion statement, it was literally installed in the 60's. The room was large but very dark... there was very little lighting available. The TV was the so small and the remote barely worked, but that doesn't matter when there are so few channels. The bathroom had tile that was very slick. This was not good since there was no glass nor shower curtain for tub/shower. So there is nothing to stop shower water from getting all over the bathroom floor. The tub is considerably taller that most American tubs, which makes climbing out of it onto a tiled floor with standing water a death trap. The towels were the size of hand towels and as thin as a cheap T shirt. The water comes out from the shower so much that the bottom of the bathroom door has rotted. On a positive note, most of the staff was nice and the location is wonderful for the Duomo.

Good location by the water bus stop on the Grand Canal and thankfully a bit away from the crowds of St. Marco district, which is easy 10-minute walk away. Big room, marble-everywhere bathroom, comfortable bed, strong AC, BUT the carpet in room 101 should have been replaced 10 years ago. Guessing it used be white, but now it is gray-ish and covered in dark stains all over. Oddly, a porter entered the room "to check the minibar inventory" while we were in the room resting in the afternoon. Why the inventory count was not done during the cleaning earlier in the day??... Not a 5-star hotel category.

Great location in the Galleria. Overall, OK hotel, but not a 5 star property. Lobby and common areas were small and average finishes and quality. Room was ok, but small and not a luxury room at all, even though we upgraded to a room with a balcony overlooking the inside of the Galleria. Breakfast was OK but not included. Overall, not a bad hotel, but NOT a 5 star property or experience.

Absolutely beautiful property! Close access from the train station and a very central location. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The rooms are gorgeous and elegant. Extremely comfortable beds with lovely linens. They clearly cater to travellers used to North American breakfasts with the breakfast buffet (included in the price of your stay). It offered a great selection of fresh foods and excellent coffee. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and would love to return again for a longer stay in the future!

This property was absolutely incredible and stunning!!! The location was conveniently located in town with spectacular views!! Staff were wonderful and accommodating!
