For starters, the rooms don’t have any bottled water. I was told that the water in the pipe is filtered but if I wanted bottle water , I’d need to buy it in the grocery. I’ve stayed at multiple hotels in Grenada, bottled water is standard. The hotel is no frills and seriously outdated. The decor gives motel. The water in the sink wouldn’t go down. I had to use a cup to manually lift the hatch so the water wouldn’t full the sink and overflow. The basket on the shower wall fell off of the studs and just dangled. There was also hair from someone else on the wall under the shower head. Altogether , stay here if you’re having an emergency. The saving factor is the pool and prime location to the beach. There are way better options nearby to avoid this hotel. The prices are too close to competitors to be so lack luster. The cleaning staff although pleasant , they need etiquette training.

I just recently returned from my stay at Mount Cinnamon. What a beautiful hotel! Check in was easy and I appreciated the welcome drink. My room was beautiful and clean with a nice view off of the balcony. Also, comfortable bedding, and the hotel was very quiet. I loved coming to my room the first day and seeing fresh baked banana bread, and everyday, the staff personally delivered cookies to the room. Such a nice treat. The location is on Grande Anse beach, a beautiful white sand beach with turquoise water. I loved relaxing there. It was never really crowded(not sure if that is due to it being shoulder season or if it's always like that). I felt like I almost had the beach to myself. I took several walks along the shore. The staff at Mount Cinnamon are wonderful, from the front desk/concierge, restaurant staff, and the shuttle drivers. The shuttle is available if needed for transport from your room to the common areas, including the beach. I personally found that it came in handy as the hotel sits up on a hill, although I did do some walking up and down the hill and I didn't really mind. Breakfast was included, which was great and the food at the restaurants(The main restaurant and the one at the beach served delicious food). Seriously, everything I ate was tasty. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to vacation in Grenada. I'll be back one day. Shoutout to Lutisha(concierge), Peterson(shuttle driver) and Janelle(Spa).

Everything was absolutely wonderful!! the property exceeded my expectations beyond belief. I would definitely book again and recommend to my family and friends. The young lady at the checkout desk was extremely helpful and had a great personality as well.
