1) I stayed at room 443 for 4 nights and my experience was horrible. We had water leak and i complained multiple times even i went down to talk to them in person but they were keep saying "OK" Eventually i had to submit complaint to Expedia Team and after that complaint they fixed everything in one hour and apologize and even offered free breakfast to us. My question to the hotel management is that this is how you guys treat Guests?
Again the Room cleaning staff was good they were cooperative but maintenance staff was horrible and 0 star experience.
2) Crowded the buses go frequently but Tons of people you have to wait 20 minutes to be in the line and 20 minutes to cross the road and 20 minutes at return back.
I visited back in 2023 and it was not like that and it was good and easy. Its not worth it the time you spent

"Room was clean. For going to Haram, shuttle service was amazing, always available but coming back a bit problem. Bathroom could have cleaned a bit better. As a whole no problem. Good hotel, busy and good value for money."
