The location was very convinient having in mind that we were hosting a business event at NDK. The staff were very helpful, but there are a few things that could be improved. When we arrived, we realised that there was no driveway or designated area to stop and unload the car. We had to stop on the one-way, single-lane street to unload, which was highly inconvenient. Parking is quite expensive. There was only one towel in the bathroom. We had to request more, but it was inconvenient to get into the shower and realise there were no towels. I needed an ironing board and an iron, so I had to call and request them. The ironing board that the staff brought was so old with wrinkled padding that it left permanent marks on my expensive suit. We paid for breakfast, which was good and convenient.
