入住时等了很久，车辆、住客都堆积在大门口，酒店大堂门口是代泊车、第一次去的话并不知情，为此等很久、一片混乱。入住后感觉员工很热情、心情稍平复

We had a terrific stay at the Hyatt Vacation Club. We stayed during the non-peak season, so it felt like we had the place to ourselves. That being said everything was perfect. Check in was nice and easy, our room as actually ready before 4 that was a nice bonus. After Check in they asked politely if we were interested in a presentation, we said no and they said No problem. (Unlike some other places we have stayed where they can be a bit pushy). Room was great. Nice and Clean. Balcony, Sofa bed, Washer and Dryer. Great Bathroom. The Grounds were well kept and clean. The Staff was also amazing. The pools were also great. Two Pools one 5 ft Max and the other was 6ft Max also had a great Lazy River and a hot Tub. There were two Bars to order drinks and food from. Food was very good and very convenient if you just wanted a pool day. Overall, it was so nice and much needed break, and we can't wait to go back next time we are in the Bonita Springs area.

Beautiful resort.. all of the food from by the pool, to the dining hall, to the higher end are all incredible- the only down side is the food is pricey.

This well-equipped apartment overlooks the grounds and swimming pool with views of the beach just yards away. Fully restored after the devastation from hurricane Ian 4 years ago it’s in great shape and we had a wonderful stay. The staff work tirelessly to keep the place as it should be and nothing was too much trouble. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

我們家4大3小入住一間套房，除了主臥室一張king size的床外，另一間房間還有兩張雙人床，兩間都有衛浴設備。 除此之外，客廳與廚房的空間比兩間臥房加起來還要大，廚房的廚具及調理設備也很完善，若不是我們家只住在這一晚，肯定可以好好利用它們。

My husband and I were able to check in right on time. We were given a helpful overview of the property, a map, and list of the numerous amenities (complimentary kayaks, bikes, beach towels, pools and hot tubs, as well as the many restaurants, shops, rentals, and beach services) and opening and closing times said amenities. Prices for amenities and rentals were reasonable in my opinion. The restaurants range in price from reasonable to upscale dining. Our room was exactly as pictured. The entire property including the private beach - which was just across the road - were exceptionally clean. My only complaint was our bed was very firm for our tastes. The Gulf side beach was gorgeous. We saw many shore birds and dolphins. The bay side features a large marina and manatees in the cove. All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in mid September and it appeared that most of the rooms were filled, but it was still very relaxing, quiet, and uncrowded. The location is excellent. It's easy to find off the main road through the islands and it's only a short drive to the attractions and beaches in both Sanibel and Captiva. Overall I would recommend and would stay here again.
