The pool area was on the small side, which I liked. The hotel was quiet during the week. Breakfast had good options. Pancake machine, waffle machine, various doughnuts, yogurt with toppings, cereal, hard boiled eggs and a variety of bread products. Good outdoor seating with umbrellas.
What I didn't like was Expedia had to remind me to ask for the perks I was supposed to get at check in. When I asked the front desk, they saw it on the screen but would only offer it to me if I stated what it was exactly. I was disappointed by that.

The room was clean, the beach view was great, the amenities were good! The front desk lady that checked us in on the arrival was not very friendly and didn’t smile and was not very familiar how to respond and react properly to our request but the day shift manager when we arrived and the night shift manager was more professional !
