We are amazed by the staff, super friendly, help and professional! The travel advice and recommendation they gave us are very useful!! Will definitely recommend for people who are going to stay in Hoi An!

Our stay in the Tirant Hotel is superb! All the staff are very helpful and friendly. We joined a tour to Sapa and have to check out the hotel for a day, the staff helped us to keep the luggage while we were out. My mum's leg was hurt, and she needed to rest, the staff allowed us for the late check out. The flexibility and the professionalism provided by the staff make our journey an unforgettable one. Only one small issue is that our Family room is facing the street, and there was someone singing karaoke at night, fortunately he stopped after 11pm.

職員很細心，從入住到退房都跟進得很好，而且還有小禮物，退房時還會詢問住宿體驗

跨年夜入住前台有點混亂，但還是很順利的很快被帶進房，效率很好
