The environment is very nice and the services were great. Everyone we meet is very friendly. We tried the beach house, breakfast and also the in room dining, food is excellent.
The hotel also offers shuttle bus to the mall, very convenience.

Normally, 2 bottled water were provided by respective hotels. However, Conrad Dubai had provided 4 bottled water daily and they were sufficiently enough for the hotel guest to bring them out for consumption under the relatively high temperature. The concierge was very helpful to guide me about the touring around at various renowned visiting places and the routes of the Metro.
