I am terribly sorry to give such a bad review. They put us in the basement they call ground level, the room smelled dank and like mold. Everything stayed wet..towels bathing suits. The people were nice. The elevator smelled like urin and puke..they charge a incidentale fee of 250 dollars a day that they keep until you leave..and thenrefund it days later. They charged me 700 dollars clearly a mistake..when leaving they tried to charge me again for double stay..of course a mistake..but they did it any way. My credit card company caught it and declined it..
No one is aloud to make a decision without the supervisor..a ok place iif you like to stay in a basement apartment THAT SMELLS for 500 dollars a night..myopinion
