It was okay at best for the price. No shuttle service although it was listed. Also bureau was completely broken and room had one bed instead of two which I booked. Staff was somewhat friendly but somewhat standoffish.

When we came in the room had a musty smoke smell. We opened the door to room and it was better. They tried to accommodate to a different room but it had the same smell. Lots of walking.

The room was spotless, specious, the same as bathroom. The staff was courteous, very helpful, the swimming pools were countless I highly recommend for everyone to visit Atlantis Bahamas.

We tried to make the best of our stay, and while there were some genuinely fun moments, we left feeling slightly disappointed. The beach and activities were the highlight, but service inconsistencies, room issues, and the membership experience really took away from the vacation. We can see why this is considered a 3-star resort.
