Air conditioning barely kept up with the heat. Everything in the room felt damp. No light bulbs in the night stands. Limited electrical receptacles. Ice machine was inoperable the entire stay. Not hardly resort status.
Snorkeling was great and boat staff was excellent. Front desk and employees were helpful.
