"House needs maintenance. It was ready when we arrived, cleaned, great location, lots of restaurants, everything worked, we had our boat, dock was good but again needed some love. Outdoor furniture needs an upgrade. All together we were happy with our stay."

Would highly recommend eating at the Square Grouper, a little south. One of the best meals we've ever had. Especially loved the key lime martini.
