Room was nice and the vibe was good. Pool was excellent and staff are very friendly. Could do better with breakfast. There were limited options and it took 30+ minutes to take our order.overall we enjoyed our stay.

We had a very nice stay. The room had almost everything we needed. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the inverters cooled us without being noisy. The room was very clean. Only con was the smell of the cleaning product used was very strong. Bonus, we loved seeing the key deer.

Sugarloaf lodge was a terrible experience and had racial encounter with a lady who was later supported by a couple of people who made fun of me & my friend. Bar tender or other people working had a chat with her, but did not stop her.
