"Disappointed when a pool cocktail server followed one of us in a golf cart asking for a tip. Very unprofessional. The resort room cleanup was very spotty. Noel behind the bar is excellent. "Kids and I really liked this! First time on a houseboat, they loved it. It was spacious, cool, and clean. The staff was super attentive and supportive and available. We arrived late but they had our name on the door and key inside. Ants had got in one of the bedrooms (how do ants get on a boat!?) ..."
