"The hotel was very modern and clean . The check in staff was wonderful and the pool was great. However, rooms were not cleaned until late afternoon and the body wash and shampoo in the shower were empty all week despite asking to be filled. Other than that everything was great. Shuttle drivers were excellent."

"Nice tiki bar at the pool. The only negative was the staff at the breakfast bar completely ignored me. I was the only person there and they were too busy making coffee and doing busy work. The bartender at the tiki bar was great, suggested a restaurant which was really awesome, and he had a wealth of information about the area. His tip on the best time to go to the market for southernmost point was spot on and I didn't have to wait in a long line for photo op. "
