Amazing hotel and amazing location right on the night market! Everything is walkable. The staff is super nice. They gave us nice honeymoon decorations and cake. Couldn’t be happier with our stay!

The staff service is really good, could say one of the best service hotel in vinwonder and nha trang. They really take care and support. The only weakness is the Wave Bar, need more attention, they don't clean the table when I come. Even when I leave the table also not clean (cause I stay there for a while wait for buggy so I know).

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Aira Boutique Hotel in Hanoi. The hotel is modern, stylish, and feels like a quiet oasis in the heart of the busy city. We especially loved the rooftop pool and being able to order drinks while relaxing there. The breakfast buffet had a great selection, and the staff were very helpful in accommodating food allergies and no-pork. The Vietnamese food from room service was also absolutely delicious.
The location was perfect, with many of Hanoi’s key attractions within walking distance and Train Street right on your doorstep. The staff were so friendly and always went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

We spent five nights at L’Alya Ninh Van Bay as a family of four, and it was an incredible experience.
The setting and privacy define this place. The resort sits in a quiet bay framed by mountains and open water, with so few villas that you rarely feel other guests around. That sense of space and calm is what makes it feel truly luxurious. On arrival, my wife actually started crying because she was so moved by how beautiful it was.
The villas and grounds are immaculately maintained. Everything worked, nothing felt overlooked, and housekeeping serviced the room twice daily.
Service was warm, attentive, and responsive. Our butler, An, was outstanding and made the stay seamless.
Breakfast was excellent—fresh, varied, and well executed. A mix of Western and Vietnamese options, good fruit, strong coffee, and made-to-order items. It set the tone for the day.
Food overall was very strong. The grouper grilled in banana leaf was a highlight (order in advance—they source it fresh for you). We also appreciated the personal engagement from the restaurant management team.
A private sunset cruise on the catamaran—with canapés, bubbly, and a waterslide for the kids—was unforgettable.
A true luxury experience defined by setting, privacy, and thoughtful execution. We’re very glad we chose to come here.

The highlight of our stay is Le Club Bar.Let’s start with the afternoon tea. Mr. Thach took excellent care of us. He was incredibly polite, thoughtful and professional. After the perfect afternoon tea, we could hardly wait to come back for evening cocktails.
At the evening cocktail hour, we met the lovely Ngoc and the charming Tuan. They were so warm and approachable that we felt like we were with old friends we’d known for years, while remaining impeccably professional at the same time. Ngoc noticed every little need we had and never let our glasses stay empty. The cocktails Tuan made were absolutely stunning. We especially loved how he ingeniously incorporated Vietnamese flavors into the recipes.Together with Mr Thach, they gave us the happiest happy hour. The experience was so wonderful that we simply must return here in the evening for a nightcap or two. The three of them once again made us feel as though we were being looked after in a friend’s home.
