The first room I moved in got strong cigarette smoke during the night, it shows Euro 70 for the penalty of smoking, but the smoking came out of the neighboring staff room. Adding 10 more Euro/night to upgrade a smaller room with window the next day, it was solved. Overall, the hotel is in a great location, close to bus station, central market, old town... The soup in the restaurant is warm and tasty, especially in the wet winter day.

The interior of hotel gave a luxury feel. The room was much larger than expected. There was even a separated pantry in the room. The hotel provide refreshment everyday, it was so sweet.

Nice staff, good location (5 min walk from the main coach station), rooms are clean, bathroom is big.
Breakfast are very nice!
Spa has to be improved. The steambath is too weak.

We love this appartment ! Although the front desk is not 24/7, there is actually no assistance needed during our stay beause the lady already explained all in details. The size of the appartment is perfect. We love the balconies where we had breakfast or/and coffee there. The laundry is at the basement ...
