Big spacious hotel with good amenities, great breakfast choices and friendly staff. Loved the free use of the spa facilities during our stay. The room furniture is dated and with no room aircon so it can get hot at night but that’s the only criticism.

The room was very clean even though it wasn’t the most modern, the spa was superb. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel felt like an oasis of calm. Very glad I chose HdF for my stay in Jersey

Stayed for our silver wedding anniversary and glad we chose the Apex Waterloo. Check in was easy and friendly, Room was very nice, clean, spacious and well equipped. Wonderful reception lady came and brought us a bottle of Prosecco on ice with 2 glasses on the house which was a lovely gesture Pool and Spa was lovely and relaxing and for an early Sat evening we had it to ourselves. The lady managing the Spa was wonderfully polite and kind. The bar staff were friendly. Overall a great hotel, yes price was high, but mid July, excellent proximity to city centre, train station etc and special occasion the Apex Waterloo was an excellent choice and would definitely recommend

The staff were absolutely excellent- friendly, professional and went above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble. Food was also very good - breakfast and dinner. Wide range of choices cooked and presented excellently. Would definitely stay again - highly recommended.

This hotel was such a lovely surprise. The service is higher than four seasons in my opinion. The breakfast was awesome! They even have a pillow menu in case you don’t prefer the pillows that are given. I was very impressed.

Great staff and a central location.

We really like this hotel. Rooms are lovely, spacious, and all you need too. ( the carpet could do with a clean, it did not look its best). Breakfast was brilliant, great choice to suit all tastes. We had a dinner dance and the food was amazing. Staff are very attentive, nothing was too much trouble. We will definetly come back. Thank you for a great weekend. Diane & Pete.

We had two rooms booked for two nights. The rooms were big and well appointed, with really nice shampoo, conditioner. Etc Nice tea bags, coffee Etc too. The building is very interesting, being historically shipping offices. We had booked the hotel because of the pool, so it being out of action was disappointing. However, it was a good stay, good location. Nice and quiet at night also.
