We were pleasantly surprised with how updated and clean the rooms were. Restaurants within a block was very convenient. Staff was very good courteous and very friendly

A little bit dirty

In sum, a good experience. But here is what you need to know. This hotel was clean comfortable and attractive, but it seems geared to the single business traveler. Only one e robe in a double room; no in-room fridge, microwave or even coffee maker (although lobby coffee service begins at 4:00 a.m., a big plus; no pool or gym. Biggest beef was with the quirky method of access to garage: down a floor, through a maze of rooms, up to the lobby... Complicated but necessary if you're using a cart or wheelchair.

we booked a nonsmoking queen size room- when we booked it it said breakfast was included- when we arrived, we were given a smoking room with two beds in it. one of the beds had been slept in and not made- i went back to the front desk and told them what we had booked and what we had received- they gave us another room- this one was also a smoking room and had dirty dishes in the sink and a moldy shower. went back to the front desk and asked if they had any nonsmoking rooms available and was put in a handicap accessible room- at least it was a nonsmoking room- the next morning i went to the front desk and asked for the breakfast coupons that were supposed to be given to us at check in and was told the front desk did not have any and were waiting for the manager to come in later that morning with them- waited for an hour and asked again at the front desk to be told they do not offer breakfast any longer and that it was all Expedia's fault- second worst experience with a hotel ever- there are no executives staying here. i would not ever return. hotel was dirty- felt unsafe- staff was busy smoking outside the front door. we recommend avoiding this business at all cost-
