Gyros is a Greek dish made from meat cooked on a vertical rotisserie. In this workshop you will learn to make souvlaki with pork, the original Greek street food in its healthy version. We use first quality local pork, fresh pita bread, french fries, onion, tomato, yogurt and paprika. In this workshop you will also learn how to make "tzatziki", the famous Greek sauce, which you can add instead of yogurt, for extra taste.
