We will enter the dairy during processing and witness the making of the Parmigiano wheels. We will then have the opportunity to taste it right there where it is produced. Afterwards we will move on board our e-bikes to a beautiful vinegar factory where Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is produced and after the visit we will be able to taste different types of vinegar. A unique experience where nature and taste meet!
