ETOSHA NATIONAL PARK TO WATERBERG PLATEAU PARK We undertake an early morning game drive before departing to the Waterberg Plateau Park, stopping in the town of Otjiwarongwe for a quick shop. The Waterberg Plateau Park has been set aside for the breeding of rare animal species sucj as the white and black rhino, sable and roan antelope and also the endangered Cape vulture Tehre are numerous interesting walks in the area surrounding the camp and up to the Plateau.

Farm Eldorado is in the Pienaar family for 3 generations. Each generation bought the farm from the previous one. Eldorado is a cattle and game farm. In 2009 Adri & Hanel Pienaar, together with their 3 children moved into the original old farm house. Restoring it is an ongoing process, as with all old buildings. Around the old house were only a few patches of lawn. The garden was started from scratch, to the beautiful, welcoming piece of green it is today. This is a veterinary controlled border for foot and mouth decease, therefore you will be able to take meat into Etosha, but all meat will be confiscated on exiting Etosha.
