You will then learn to relax, clean & season crabs with local seasoning. The opportunity to mingle with the locals and share your experience. Local Dish of Crab & Rice Appetizer is served. Crucian 101 is conducted while crabs are cooking. Dance to local music and sample local drinks. Dinner is Served with a local dessert a tart or stew gooseberry which is a local fruit.
