"Atha yoganusasanam" - Patanjali This sutra is an introduction of “The Yoga Sutras” which mentioned “atha” as NOW, not tomorrow, not later, “yoga” regarding YOGA and “anusasanam” as COMPLETE INSTRUCTIONS.
