You will immerse yourself in the landscapes and vineyards and in the wine lifestyle. A guided tour that will start from the explanation of the history of the company, of the production phases and then move on to the visit to the vineyards where the tuff cave is located and the natural source with the Roman cisterns.

Subsequently we will witness the explanation of the bottling systems and the tasting below.

In tasting 1 glass of one of the main white wines of the company and 1 glass of one of the main red wines of the company will be offered with an explanation of the organoleptic characteristics and gastronomic combinations. Everything will be combined with typical local cheeses, artisan oven pizza by Frascati, craftsmen of local producers, bread and oil “Vallechiesa” of the company's production.
