Know before you book
- Unfortunately, this tour is not fully accessible for wheelchair users or people with walking disabilities
- The tour does not operate in case of exceptional high tide, bad weather or unplanned religious functions (in these cases it can be postponed to the day after otherwise it will be refunded)
- During some days of high turnout or for reasons of force majeure (for example high tide or security care) the waiting time to access St. Mark’s Basilica might be longer than expected: in this case, please line up and respect the instructions provided by the guide.
- Each gondola can accommodate a maximum of 5 people; the seat aboard cannot be chosen but will be assigned by the gondolier depending on guests weight
- You must download the audio guide with digital map on your mobile phone.
- You will receive the audio guide with digital map by e-mail. If you have any problems with this, please come to Venice Tours office (San Marco 1130) for assistance.
- On Sundays, feast days and in case of unplanned religious celebrations the tour foresees the visit with direct access to the Terrace and to St. Mark's Museum situated on the first floor.
- ATTENTION: The visit to the Basilica is at 10:45 AM - the gondola ride is at 3:00 PM. Please consider the gap of time between the basilica and the gondola ride.
