Overview

Hi everyone, I'm Ferdinando born and raised in Agerola, a small agricultural town on the Amalfi Coast. Since I was a child I have always cultivated a passion for cooking, together with my mother we cooked homemade and genuine dishes according to the ancient recipes of our country using ingredients grown in our organic garden.
Fresh pasta filled with local cheeses, tomato sauces and vegetables grown without using pesticides.
I started cooking at the age of 13 and the greatest satisfaction came when guests appreciated what I had cooked and told me they had never eaten so well. I started 10 years ago to convey my creativity, my passion for cooking and all the secrets for preparing tasty and genuine dishes with a cooking course.

Chef Ferdinando will explain to you step by step the creation of tiramisu and you will learn how to layer the ingredients creating a magnificent and delicious dessert. Subsequently you will discover all the secrets hidden behind the preparation of mozzarella. Ferdinando will show you how to make it starting from scratch using ancient and traditional techniques. Finally we will prepare the tagliatelle using exclusively flour, oil and eggs. The chef will guide you in preparing the perfect dough. While you cook them, you will enjoy splendid panoramic views overlooking the entire Amalfi coast. Finally, sit back and enjoy the fruits of your labor and relax with a good glass of wine. All ingredients used for the class come from our organic farm. This cooking class on the Amalfi Coast is a unique and unforgettable way to experience Italian cuisine and culture using ancient and traditional techniques. I am waiting for you.
