Overview

Lake Patzcuaro is about to dissapear but, you still have this opportunity to enjoy the only lake in the world where fishermen use the famous “butterfly nets”.
We´ll have an encounter with the indigenous culture with a Purepecha language class; a pottery workshop and the gastronomic experience at lunchtime.
After this last, in downtown Patzcuaro (populated from mid 1300´s) admire the adobe homes with tile roofs as we walk the cobblestone streets. This old town was established in 1534 and is on the way to become one more UNESCO site in Mexico!
