In this experience, we warmly welcome you to our beautiful place of peace. An oasis of nature and tranquility very close to the center of Playa del Carmen. We will use copal, incense, Palo Santo or some essence. Afterwards, they will have a gentle yoga session (suitable for any level) in our beautiful studio. Guided session accompanied by a certified yoga teacher with 500 hours, ceremony guide and holistic therapist. The session will focus on the connection of mind, body and spirit. At the end of this activity, we go to our rest area (La palapa) where we will serve delicious snacks and refreshing drinks. Afterwards, you will return to the studio and the cabin, to receive a relaxing or relieving massage (your choice) with our incredible therapists. Professionals, certified and recommended. Accompanied by deep sound-healing, with 7 Tibetan quartz bowls, handled by sound-healers with years of experience and great preparation. Each bowl is associated with one of our 7 bioenergetic points (the chakras) and with the vibration and frequency of the bowls, they will harmonize these points, which brings multiple benefits. And Reiki (energy healing) this therapy relieves and releases energy blockages and stagnant emotions. This combination brings multiple benefits on an emotional, physical and spiritual level.
