We'll give an indepth history of the Dao region, its special climate and its most famous grape varieties.
You'll learn all the steps required in order to produce wine. From grapes reception to the bottling.
You'll enjoy a barrel tasting of white and red wine so you can taste the wine in its early days
We'll sit and enjoy 1 white and 2 reds recently bottled.
We will pair the wines with some local cheese and cured meat.
