Overview

Unlike a large majority of wine training courses which can be offered to you in the Bordeaux region; This one is authentic! I welcome you directly to my workplace in a warm, rural setting where I will put my experience and my knowledge as an oenologist at your service to teach you everything you will need to progress in this fabulous environment.

In addition, the sessions are flexible according to your wishes and your schedule, in short it is case by case to better suit you!

If you decide to book a full day, it is even possible to have lunch on site, in which case I will cook for you.

Good morning, The sessions are adaptable and customizable according to your wishes, your budget and your time. They can also be centered around: - Wine tasting (Amateur or Pro) - Wine defects - Winemaking and/or viticultural techniques. - Food/Wine pairings - French wine geography - Etc.. In all cases, the workshops will take place directly on the property and will be supplemented by a visit to the vineyard and cellars. It is also possible to book a full day with lunch included.
