"After our having to change the reservation due to a medical emergency and an error made in adjusting the reservation, Fairfield Inn worked to provide the necessary accommodations for the duration of the stay."

"Overall, the property is in pretty good condition since being acquired by Best Western and renovated. The only real downside (besides the "fake" scrambled eggs that most budget hotels serve) would be that they failed to replace/upgrade many of the doors and doorframes, leaving some of them to shut poorly (both our hallway door and bathroom door hit the frames when being closed). Would stay again; it's worth what they charge compared to other area hotels."

"Loud noises in front of window at 5am. Loud talking in front of window of our room. Comfortable room but small couch not good for elder adults. Too hard to get up from."

"Lobby was clean and welcoming. Desk clerk was very friendly and gave great service. Room was clean, no bad smells, nice linens and towels. Great selection at breakfast including apples, bananas, pears and oranges! Breakfast staff person was excellent. Would definitely stay here again."

"Had a big storm hit during our stay. The plowing coukd have been better. They used a tractor instead of a plow truck, so that left it no so great. But otherwise, great stay. Nice views this morning after the storm left."
