Front desk staff was friendly, plenty of parking. Location was great, you can walk around to some cafes and antique shops. The property itself was decent, the room was kind of smelly like shoes or cigarettes, had clean sheets and bathroom. Breakfast was so packed we didn’t even go in.

Staff very nice. Had to deal with a bit of long line at check in but the desk staff was efficient and most helpful. I recommend some towels or gym wipes in the gym to help customers clean equipment. Breakfast decent. Quiet rooms . Will stay again.

Everything about this hotel was really nice. The front desk was helpful, the breakfast was good and location on the river was awesome. Haven’t stayed in a Best Western until now but will in the future if they’re all this nice!

Staff was very excellent. Room was not as expected, tv didn’t worked. Decorated pillows should be cleaned or washed frequently, they had a very bad odor which I hate that smell. I was very disappointed because for the price I was looking forward in something much better. I will not go again.

The staff were awesome super friendly and accommodating… The breakfast was good but could’ve had bacon instead of sausage everyday… Clean place good prices.. The only thing is they could update the furniture was kinda outdated… Would definitely recommend someone to stay there we would stay again…

Very clean hotel. Rooms were clean bathroom was on the smaller size. Hot breakfast was delicious. Very convenient to the bank nh pavilion. Definitely recommend.
