"Nice hotel on Lake Winnipesaukee with its own beach, hot tub and fire pit. Extremely clean and well kept, good breakfast with many choices. Comfortable bed, every room has a balcony with views of the lake. Our only complaint is the noise--from traffic on the adjacent very busy road and from with the hotel, where sound proofing is unfortunately not adequate."

"Amazing place to stay for our Girl Scout ski trip! We rented the cottage which sleeps 12 and had two large, comfy rooms for adults plus large family room and new built in beds off family room for the girls. Well appointed modernized rooms while still retaining an authentic Inn feeling. Everyone enjoyed the breakfast buffet, especially the French Toast. "The property was conveniently located to the Mount Washington dock. The Half Moon Motel is overall outdated compared to other motels. One thing we didn't like was the smell of bug spray when we walked in. The door to the upper porch needed to be opened to air the room out. The check in was pleasant as well as the owner, she also allowed us to keep our car on the property while we were on the Mother's Day Brunch on the Mt. Washington boat."
