Overall a good stay! Very grateful for the man who checked us in our first night for helping with the mix up, twice, with having housekeeping done. All staff were very pleasant and as a mom alone with 3 kids 5 years old and under, will definitely use this hotel in the future if needed. Only big suggestion is to heat the pool!

It was all great except for the pool being closed. If we would have known we would have stayed at another place. We stayed an extra day because we were planning on relaxing in the pool. Was not happy that it was closed it should have been stated on the site. We couldn't leave since it was already paid for.

The staff is friendly and accommodating. They have coffee available 24/7. The rooms same clean and comfortable. The doors are rather thin so if there are people in the hallway speaking or the next room , you hear them.
