"Lovely Sussex country setting. The bedrooms are all very cosy and tastefully decorated. The bathroom in our suite was very luxurious. Modern tv in the room with streamed channels available. "For a budget option this was brilliant, check-in was super easy and quick, the receptionist was very polite and helpful. The room was extremely clean and had everything I needed in it, if I really wanted to be picky it just lacked a fridge, it is located excellently, 2mins from Bromley South and right on top of the shops. There are plenty of places locally to eat and drink. Should the occasion arise again that I needed to stay in Bromley I'd definitely stay here."

"The GWHH was a convenient an economical stay. The owners are working on improvements, which are needed. The rooms are basic but servicable. Convenient shuttle to and from LGW. Super friendly and helpful staff. Easy walk to town, restaurants, grocery and train station. We daytripped to London snd Brighton, seeing many popular sights and escaping the throngs at night. Loved Lunch at ShiRaZ. Quiz night at The Tavern. "

"Let down by an air BnB option so needed an alternative. The corridor and stairs area prior to the room needs some TLC. My room looked out onto a roof area that needs tidying up. Old paint cans etc. However, my room was clean. Everything worked. Nice shower room. Comfortable bed. TV was good. Some noise from downstairs but didn’t stop me sleeping. Overall good value stay if you’re away on business. "

"I was warmly welcomed upon arrival and shown to my room. Staff were polite and caring throughout my stay. The room was clean and tidy, and surprisingly quiet given it was facing the street. There was a little noise from other guests banging around in the corridor, but just as you'd expect elsewhere. The bathroom was a little tired but was still servicable. The bed was comfortable, I slept well. Exiting in the morning was a bit of a faff, the door to the carpark at the bottom of the stairs...

"This is a *very* basic hotel - the reception reminded us of this during check-in and they weren't lying! If you are looking for a place to sleep and shower, this fits the bill. "Advertised as disabled accessible...external stairlift out of action, walker had to be left outside of room as bed limited access to the room and had to enter in sideways, lino was coming up, no bin in bathroom, unable to use bathroom efficiently as was too small, informed reception tv not working properly not sorted, bathroom light bulb reported due to being blown not replaced, awaiting to hear back from management as they are not on duty today (Tues 5th Sept). Took me asking three times asking...
