"Amazing find if you are looking for affordable accommodation in Sydney and are ok with sharing bathroom facilities. It is a clean, quiet and safe alternative if you just need a bed. Carpets a bit tired and a spruce up here would be a great upgrade but other than that I couldn't fault the place. would def stay again. "

Shared bathroom kept clean but very small and showers flood toilet floors. Attractive well kept building. Friendly interaction with other guests in kitchen and dining area. "Horse and Jockey was a pleasant surprise. A lovely old building but very well looked after and with friendly and helpful staff. The history of the hotel made it all the more intresting."

Comfortable but showing its age, room was noise due to work being done on the block behind the building just outside our bath room window, but the bath room door was water damaged and could not be closed. Would stay again, there appears to be plans to do work on the build in 2024"
