"Horrible. They give wrong room which was conjusted. Room advertised 279 feet but is less than 200 feet. They charge me for may 7th morning to evening stay 80 soles after 1.5 hr discussion insteadof 15 minutes. 3 people involved. They dont give receipt even after requesting and say all good. This was may 4th. I leave on may 4th evening and arrive on may 7th morning after 3 days of hectic night bus travel and hike. "Very pretty hotel with comfortable beds and friendly staff. We had the suite with city view and it had panoramic windows, super pretty. If you’re not used to the altitude it can be difficult walking back up the hill from the Plaza de Armas. The only reason I couldn’t give five stars is that I left my AirPods there, and the staff said they weren’t there but on the findmy app they literally are so 😐"
