These dirty ssa mfs charged me not once, NOT TWICE BUT THREE TIMES!! These mfs don’t speak Spanish but work at a hotel with a Spanish name?? How you work somewhere at cant pronounce the name of the workplace?? The management is fu¢king terrible, the corporate isn’t any fu¢king help and they’re trifling as idk what! They’re well know for seex trafficking and they don’t care about their guest just the money. Their pool is still open after a CHILD younger than the age of 5 recently drowned in it not too long ago. When I called up there they told me it was another reservation under my CREDIT CARD but wouldn’t tell me the name that the reservation was under and all of this was days after I had checked out! They’re unprofessional and I definitely don’t recommend this hotel for any females, children or guest who only want to pay for the nights they stayed. I will also like to add if you happen to make a complaint about them charging your card extra they will say they didn’t and tell you they have guests that pay with cash so they basically don’t give a flying fu¢k

The hotel is convenient for my business trips to the area and the price is reasonable. The room is adequate, although I had no control over the temperature; the A/C ran full blast the entire time I was there. Almost no water pressure in the shower--it took forever to rinse off. The main elevator wasn't working. The key cards wouldn't open doors from outside the building and wore out quickly for my room door.

Got charged an extra 180.00 first night after we had already paid! Second day had to have our key card rekeyed TWICE! toilet was running and wouldn’t flush. Called front desk no one ever came to look at it. Broken screen laying on the ground outside. Dirty bed sheets.

Went to stay with my daughter who was having knee replacement surgery in the early morning. Went to room and found the tub dirty, dirty face cloth hanging from the shower curtain rod, rug looked like the was vomit on it and other wiped stains, and mold on the walls. Went to the desk and they gave us another room on the third floor. Of course the elevator was out of order and really hurt my daughter trying to climb the stairs. Got to the room with the windows open and no screens to keep the bugs out. Went to turn down the bed and found bed bugs on the bed and bedding. That was it went to the desk and refused the room. They then told me they couldn’t refund my payment, I made to them. They said I had to contact Expedia for a refund even though I paid at the hotel and not to Expedia. Not sure I will get my money back at this point. La Quintas have always been great, but this one is disgusting.

I stayed for 5 nights. Room was never serviced or replenished. Front desk sai I needed to authorize them to enter the room (you’d think that by my asking they would recognize I wanted the room serviced. TV did not work - had to have them come to room to repair. Wall thermostat did not work. Had to use manual controls on a/c unit. Ceiling light in bathroom was burned out. Broken plastic on the floor. Showere was the only thing that was good.
