This is an older hotel that need many updates. I did not feel clean at all or feel safe with leaving my belongings in the room. The housekeeping felt not trusting. The front office was great and they do offer shuttle to airport and breakfast was ok. I had to make sure the bedding was cleaned .check your mattress before laying down.

This hotel is beautiful. Nice size rooms and the outdoor pool is great and patio was beautiful. Breakfast was amazing staff very friendly. My only complaint was my room was gross. Hair, puke on the fold out couch, pee down the front of the toilet and curtains and door frames black from dirty hands. I stay with children and I ended up buying cleaning supplies and cleaning the room myself. I told staff and showed them photos. Was to receive a refund and never did.

The staff wasn’t friendly when checking in. I asked several questions about the shuttle service. Was advised to call from the airport when we needed a ride once we did call for the shuttle, they said the van was broken!! REALLY At least the front desk kept his word & paid for our taxi back tor the hotel. Also, the coffe maker in our room was broken!!

When I checked in, it was close to 1 am or a little later. I had just gotten back from a long trip & I explained how exhausted I was. She gave me my keys & I went to the room. The door was open? I called the front desk explaining I needed another room, so she made me go back downstairs to get another set of room keys. From there, I went to my new room & it reeked of smoke. The doors had dents in them. I found hair in the shower and on the bed which I took pictures of. I grabbed a towel to shower & noticed something on the towel. I felt defeated at that point. It grossed me out! There was a bunch of dust on the bedside table. I could go on and on, honestly. I am not someone to complain, but this review needed to be wrote ASAP! I am going to ask for a refund. I would not stay there again.
