The room is nice and neat, the shower us really good, big enough and very relsxing after a long day. That bed, I want to stick it in my bag and take it home. "This is a hotel in the heart of downtown, with a fine staff and sizable, comfortable rooms (perhaps a bit dated). The breakfast has quite a good variety of dishes. The room has a mini-fridge, which is a valuable amenity. This hotel offers excellent value for money. The one big fault of the place lies in the internet. It was usually not reachable in my room, and even when I went to the lobby for a good connection, Windows refused to connect to it because their system uses a long-outdated security...

"The room is lovely. The place is great. Beautiful views. Very affordable. Breakfastwas average. However, i didnt like that the toilet was in shower. Like literally in the shower. It got wet when i took a shower. Very uncomfortable and untidy. Also didnt like that navigating the parking area from reception is hard."

One young man lindo in particular very helpful. View of the harbour from my bedroom was amazing I was on the 18th flood of 23. Pool is on rooftop alongside the spa facilities very safe. "

"I stayed at room 208, the room seem like its been abandoned for ages. Mold growth on the ceiling and wall corners , curtains are dirty, no TV remote, no shower gel, have to wait for towels. Let alone the fact that I chose an option of a breakfast and paid extra yet the hotel does not provide breakfast"
