"Your hotel staff was very rude, when we checked in we noticed the shower hose was broke, my husband reported to the front desk, they said they would send a repair man, I called two hours later, then I was told his colleague, told my husband it would be the next day and argued with me as if we were lying, then I was told to go to another guest in the hotel to use their shower.
